All agreements are Month-To-Month and we handle
all of the system hosting management and automated backup services. In
addition you have the ability to back up all of the data on our server
arrays to your local hard-drive. All the information you may also backup yourself is
kept in a non-proprietary format that can be used later in various systems and report writing software.
We do nothing to hold you or your information hostage in any way.
When you have a newly developed organization and cannot afford a setup fee, then our system will be provided with a minimum monthly investment of $49.95 per month. This is true if you use the formula below for online membership growth and includes a full website if you don't already have one.
The amount collected by your organization may be higher. If you are a larger organization we have plans to accommodate you too.
Members who join your organization will pay a one-time fee of $25.00 for setting up their new advertising system (yes that's right only $25.00). Then members pay only $99.95 a year with $57.97 going back to the organization to help fund other activities. The amount going back to the organization can be increased depending on your membership dues structure. Otherwise this is a very affordable starting point and includes all credit card processing services for members who join online through your website.
